The attendant continuously shouts to ask passengers about their dropping points. The bus starts from Hyderabad to Mogalturu at 10:20 pm, and after around 1 am, when most passengers are in deep sleep, he starts shouting and asking about toilet stops. After Vijayawada, he frequently announces the dropping points loudly for all passengers. This seriously disturbs the sleep of other passengers. Instead of making announcements for everyone, the attendant could contact the particular passenger who is supposed to get down at each stop. This would avoid unnecessary disturbance and provide a more comfortable journey for everyone.

Someone was using my berth before I boarded the bus. I understand that they may have been having dinner, but they were using my berth instead of the seat/berth they had booked. Food was also spilled on my berth, and it was almost spoiled because of this. I informed the bus operators about the issue, but unfortunately, no action was taken. In the end, I had to clean the berth myself. I request you to please look into this issue and ensure that passengers use only the berth assigned to them. This kind of inconvenience should be avoided, especially when another passenger has already booked and paid for that berth.
