Travels not reached staff is not informed about bus need money return very bed service.

Did not even pick me. Bus left without me. Went to bus stand and was calling the number provided, none replied. After around 10.40 pm, taken call and got driver number. Driver said he did not get any online booking, so he taken new passengers and left. Nobody called me and none took calls.

When I arrived in Patna from Pune by flight at night and reached the location, I tried to call but nobody answered and the number was not working. I made an inquiry there and found that there is no such travel agency. Then I took another but I lost my money and am waiting to receive it from you.

The bus was changed. I booked for one travel agency and the provider gave me another travels, and also the seat allocation was different as per the actual seat image.

Finding bus is one of the most difficult tasks and then the condition of the bus is pathetic. The good part is after cancellation, luckily we got a good bus.

Charging point was not working, but bus was easy to find and on time. Need arrangement for keeping bag.
