Very bad experience. Not on time. Boarding time mentioned was 10.20 but it was one hour late. They informed only after I called them.

Booked seat was broken and not at all suitable to sit and travel and the staff gave an alternative seat after some time. What if there were no alternative available at all? Why should I pay for the seat which was broken and how will I travel in that?

First time I booked the bus travel and first time only I got upset because this operator was not good, believe me. They were the ones who made the mistake, yet they were pinning it on us. They provided the incorrect pickup location, so this operator was not right at all. So guys please avoid this operator.

Very poor experience – passenger safety and security concerns I travelled by bus from Bengaluru to Tiruvarur. during the journey, I kept my handbag, which contained my wallet, in the luggage rack. Sometime between 3 AM and 5 AM, someone took the money from my wallet and put the wallet back inside my handbag. The money was missing, but the wallet was left in my bag. When I reported this incident to the driver and requested that the CCTV footage be checked, he told me that the camera was not working. His response was also unsatisfactory, and I did not receive proper assistance regarding this serious issue. I am not sure whether the money was taken by a fellow passenger or a member of the cleaning staff, so I do not want to accuse anyone without evidence. However, it was very concerning that the CCTV camera was not working and that my complaint was not handled properly. As a female passenger, I felt unsafe and disappointed by this experience. CCTV cameras should always be in proper working condition to help ensure passenger safety and security. If an incident like this occurs, the staff should respond responsibly and take immediate steps to investigate. I request the bus management to investigate this incident, ensure that all CCTV cameras are functioning properly and take passenger complaints seriously. Passengers pay for a safe and comfortable journey and such negligence in security and customer service is unacceptable. I hope the management takes the necessary steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.
