The bus was on time. the staff were courteous. The interiors were a little worn. It had a weird smell. not very clean. The angle of the back rest makes the sleeping position very uncomfortable.

The whole journey was very uncomfortable because of the attitude of the staff. I had to use the restroom but the bus was already late, so the driver hesitated to stop the bus and was also very rude to me. But anyway, he stopped as he had to, and then this attitude made me afraid of drinking water, thinking what if I have to again use the restroom and the driver did not stop and we have to fight for it. As a result, my body got dehydrated and I was about to faint. Then, without any other option, I drank water and controlled my urine for around two and a half hours and was unable to sleep as well. Worst journey ever. I'm not taking this bus ever again and not recommending it to anyone. Felt like the service was only money-minded and showed no respect to the passenger here. Zero-star ride.
