Due to bus breakdown, 85yrs old woman had to take other buses with extra charges. We want a refund for this issue.

I didn't like the bus at all. The headrest on the seat is damaged, and I struggled to adjust the A/C vent as it is closing. Not worth 3 stars, but the only reason for giving 3 stars is that I was dropped at the location I requested instead of the standard drop point.
