I travelled from Coimbatore to Bengaluru, but the driver did not follow the correct route and dropped me off somewhere else in Bengaluru. When I asked him about the route to Bengaluru, he had no idea how to get there. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. The driver’s lack of knowledge about the routes in Bengaluru is unacceptable. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Please avoid this service if you want a hassle-free journey.

Bus was 2 hours delayed for pickup and drop. No proper response from the driver or travels. The drop point was Majestic instead of Marathahalli. The driver didn't know the Bangalore route and he didn't even ask us. Almost 10-15 passengers suffered due to the travels' mistake and had to get down in KBS Majestic and book a cab to Marathahalli again.

This bus had to be in scrap godown. Seat bolts were not fixed and seat was going front back like a roller coaster. We were thinking when this will break down. This travel was very horrible. Operators had to validate bus operators before attachments. Total money loss.

Driver was rude, and the charging sockets weren't working as well. Plus the driver didn't know the route for my location and I had to travel 20 kms further again.

I had an interview scheduled in Coimbatore today at 9:00 am, and my expected drop-off time was around 6:30 pm. I understand that traffic can cause delays of 1–2 hours, which is understandable. However, it has been almost 3 hours since the expected drop-off time, and I still haven’t reached my destination. It will take at least another hour to get there. Because of this unreasonable delay, I ended up missing my interview. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
