Bus not came at time.

If you have to reach Coimbatore by 6 or 7 o'clock, please don't board this bus, it will leave only at 10 o'clock, so don't book it because you are short of money.

The bus reached pick point with a 30 mins delay and dropping point with a 2.30 delay. In the 300 kms journey, it rained for 100 kms but the rest of the journey driving was very slow. Not at all recommended. I missed my official timing because of no punctuality.

Not a comfortable seat which I took ride last evening! The rate paid and service received is not satisfactory.

After travel, unwanted calls received for ratings.

Bus boarding point also changed by bus operator, that is okay because there is more traffic, but bus driver changed the drafting point also at Bypass Road. It is very wrong. At morning time, all buses are coming by sub road.

One of the worst driver.

Driving is worst. The driver crossed my boarding point. Boarding point is somewhere else, but the bus crossed the boarding point and stopped somewhere else. That is not at all taken granted. I booked another Uber to reach the bus extra. I waited one and a half hours to get on my bus. Even after waiting for this much time, the bus crossed my boarding point and asked me to take Rapido to reach the bus. Is this fair? Also, the dropping point is somewhere else, but they dropped us on the highway itself and then moved. Is this also fair? This kind of activity should not be appreciated. Your travels should improve much better. The bed and everything is worst. The luggage was not put inside the luggage compartment; all the luggage was inside the bus only, which was too uncomfortable. There is no bag holder, nothing. The charger point is not working and the fan is also not working. So, worst experience ever.

Such a terrible experience. The bus reached the boarding point only after 2 hrs of scheduled time and reached my destination with a delay of close to 3 hrs.

Very rash driving by bus driver, bus hit into lorry and both bus, lorry side mirror got broken. Big fight happened between bus driver and lorry driver, police came and sorted out the issue which took 1 hr. Next, while entering Hosur there was a police check since there were no proper documents in the bus. Police asked us to get down to take another bus. Few passengers who were supposed to take a flight got delayed and few parents complained about their kids' school timings, so they left the bus to take another government bus. After 1.5 hours police left us. I believe they put a fine on the bus. Overall the bus should have reached by 6; it reached Silk Board at 8. My drop is at Bellandur but driver, without notifying passengers, directly went to Madiwala. When we asked him, he said it would be too much traffic so he took another way which he should have informed us about earlier. Now we got down in Madiwala, walked to Silk Board bus stop, took another government bus to reach Bellandur. Due to rash driving and without proper bus documents, it created more uncomfortable situations for many passengers. Recommending not to pick this bus.
