I am travelling from Chennai to Thiruthuraipoondi. The dropping point showed is Thiruthuraipoondi bus stand, but bus dropped us in Thiruthuraipoondi bypass. Many of the private buses cheat the passengers on this particular Thiruthuraipoondi dropping point. There's no connecting facility from bypass to bus stand. Even though it's untimely, buses left passengers in unsafe areas by cheating the dropping points.

Bed sheet not provided. Seats are found in damaged condition. AC not working properly.

Very poor experience. I travelled from Thiruthuraipoondi (TTP) to Chennai. Water was leaking from the AC and fell on me during the journey. The water also had a bad smell, which made the travel very uncomfortable. Please check and maintain the AC properly before operating the bus. This kind of issue should not happen to passengers.

Sleeper bed was very bad. Only body pain remained. It was very difficult to manage children. It did not reach the destination on time. After keeping all the luggage in the locker, they gave the luggage by hand one hour before the drop-off point. We had a lot of difficulty unloading the luggage while managing the children. The bed room seat was also not good. Only body pain remained. Waste of money. Before operating the buses, the respective owners should lie down and get up once and then release if it was useful for the people.

There was no prior intimation regarding the delay. The boarding time was 9:25 AM, but I was picked up only at 10:20 AM. The scheduled drop-off time was 4:45 PM, but it is already 6:30 PM and I still haven’t reached my destination. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience due to the significant delay and lack of communication.
