People without tickets occupied our seats and the alley in the bus completely filled with travellers sitting on the floor, which made getting in and out of the bus very difficult. The bus conductor was very aggressive and rude to everyone.

My experience in Sonu Travel is very horrible. They have no proper seats for seating. They are completely sleeper; in one seat, they can seat four passengers. Charging socket is not properly working and also reading lights are not there. No recliner function in seat. Passenger seat is in 90 degree straight. Staff behaviour is also not good and AC is not working properly. In every stoppage, AC should be off. No convenience for anything and also local passengers should be filled. In effect, foot space is not there. Armrest should not be there. I am telling you this is not fit for long journey because seat is very bad and dirty. I do not recommend going to Sonu Travel. That's it.

After Mahengaon, the bus stopped and didn't start, then another bus came. The picture that was shown was not good, but the bus that came was AV bus, which was good.
