Very bad service, takes more time. Jaipur to Gorakhpur restroom bad and box loaded at Agra and unloading some places like Lucknow, Ayodhya, Basti, Khalilabad. Takes more time for loading and unloading. Staff not coordinating. Bus like a goods transport vehicle, not like a passenger bus. Bad service. No one will book this bus further.

Staff behaviour is very bad. They stopped at a third class hotel for food. Their food is very bad. They didn't stop when we were in trouble.
