Arriving at the boarding point late caused a lot of inconvenience. Arriving late at night felt unsafe, especially for women and small children.

Not interested to reach passenger on time, only interested in parcel service, and so much delay. Also took wrong route for parcel and stopped again and again to collect passengers.

The bus broke down for 5 hrs. The pillows and sleeping mattress are very dirty. No water bottle provided. The interior is not clean.

Live tracking was not enabled. The power socket was not working; actually, it was out of the wall and broken. I was not able to charge the phone. In the daytime, they turned off the AC.
