Bus got late by 4 hrs.

Worst bus experience ever. Extremely unsafe and irresponsible service. The bus broke down in the middle of the journey, and the AC stopped working. We were forced to wait on the road for almost 3 hours at midnight, with no proper support or assistance. After Kasara, the bus broke down again in the morning. We tried calling the bus owner/operator, but nobody answered the calls. No one was ready to take responsibility or provide any proper solution. This was not just an inconvenience—it was a serious safety concern, especially being stranded on the road at midnight with no assistance. Very poor management, no responsibility, no communication, and absolutely no concern for passenger safety. I strongly recommend avoiding this bus service. Worst bus experience and definitely not safe for travel.

I have not reached yet. The bus tires were punctured. I still have 2 hours to reach the destination. Worst travels ever.

The bus was in poor physical condition. There was a creaking sound in the back. The bus broke down a few kilometers from Indore, lasting approximately 3.5 hours. Furthermore, it was later terminated 150 kilometers before Mumbai, which delayed my journey. I've wasted an entire day and been absent from the office. Please take this matter seriously and compensate me for my absence from the office.

Bus reached at 11:50 pm while boarding time is 10:15 pm. I waited for my bus more than 1 hour. The bus did not stop at the exact boarding point; it stopped 700 meters away from the boarding point. Bus staff approached me to come to the bus by running; otherwise, they were going, or I had to choose another bus. After reaching the bus, I asked the driver, 'Why have you not stopped at the marked boarding point, while other buses are continuously stopping?' The driver said, "It's not my fault. You have to come on the road and show hand signal." Then I understood. While entering the bus, another bus staff showed anger and said I swallowed my pride because I had to reach Ujjain anyhow. When searching for seat U3, I saw that another passenger was already sleeping on my seat U3 using the U3 seat blanket. Then the bus staff person provided my seat by shifting that person to another place. The bus did not drop on time because the bus tire was punctured at Guna location, and bus staff persons were fighting together on some matter while changing the bus tire. The bus dropped me at Indore-Ujjain bypass at 6 pm. Very poor experience. I suggest, please do not use this type of poor service. It damages your reliability and faith.
