Ac vent was broken and sleeping place was so congested it was very disturbing while sleeping. So poor service, not even provided with blanket and water.

They could not pick me up and misbehaved with me and passed away to hide one's mistake and cut the phone. I couldn't make my journey, so I request you to claim my money and take action against the bus driver and conductor. Thank you.
