The bus was delayed by almost 4 hours, and there was no proper update from the operator. The actual departure time was 12:45 am, but the bus arrived only at 4:30 am. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bus was very poor. The hygiene standards were unacceptable, and the overall travel experience was disappointing.

This is my second time traveling on this bus, and I am facing the same issue again. The bus operator should change or improve their pickup schedule. The pickup time at Chandan Nagar was mentioned as 5:45 PM, but the bus arrived at 6:45 PM. Similarly, the Rajkot dropping time was shown as 6:00 AM, but the bus reached at 7:30 AM. This happened during my last trip as well. Please improve the timing and service accuracy.
