Bus was delayed approx 3 hours. After that it got punctured and again it was stopped due to machine fault. Staff behaviour was worst. They were asking to get out of the bus if people have problem from this bus. This travel service should be avoided and banned.

Very bad service, the bus arrived 2:30 hours late from the scheduled time. The departure was at 8:30 but it was done at 12:30. It was a complete local bus, charger point and lights were off, sleeper beds were all broken. Only travel if it is an emergency. Passengers kept taking local rides throughout the journey.
