The sleeper birth size is not large and comfortable. Also the amount they charging for the birth is not worth.

AC did not work in our bus. After two hours of wait, driver arranged another bus. Just after 5 minutes, the engine of the new bus which had come also did not start.

I traveled yesterday and had a very unpleasant experience. The hygiene standards were extremely poor. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty and had a bad odour. Initially, the AC was functioning properly, but it stopped working around 2:30 am. The vehicle was halted at Vellore, where we had to wait for a replacement. However, the replacement vehicle also required repairs, causing further delay. We finally left Vellore at 4:30 am. Overall, the vehicle was poorly maintained, and the service needs significant improvement.
