Our seat was given to someone else, I had to make arrangements for the seats. Also, the seat is so unhygienic. Timing is good. Also, they took local passengers like a local bus!

I am a regular customer still I faced such bad service. They stopped the bus in many places like Mecheda station and took customers without reservation. They sat on the bus floor and were very dirty. Spoke loudly whole night and after informing the driver he said these things happen. I was carrying a lot of cash and felt very insecure in the journey. Then at 3:30 am in the morning, they changed route and forced me to get down in an unknown place.
