I had specifically booked a front seat in advance for my comfort. However, after boarding the bus, I was given a back seat instead of my booked seat. Despite explaining the issue to the staff, I had to argue for around 15–20 minutes before I was finally given the seat that I had already booked and paid for. To make matters worse, the bus arrived approximately one hour late, causing further inconvenience and disrupting my plans.

Charging facility bed quality not support in normal charger low quality in charging showcase in pin loose and bed quality and upper sit not security open sit not pillow not bed sheet and bed quality facilities.

The bus good but the bus is not on time at Udaipur. I am waiting more than one hour, feel so much frustrated at boarding point. Kindly look into this.

Bus was very late. Udaipur was expected at 9:45 pm but reached at 11:45 pm. Very bad experience. Also, there was an AC issue.

Smoking by the passenger in the ac bus. Also informed the helper, but repeatedly the same thing happened. It is a horrible thing, and I had to change bus from Jhunjhunu. Sorry, but not a good service.
