Worst bus service – highly unprofessional and irresponsible! The SMY bus was extremely late and to make matters worse, we were dropped around 10 km away from our actual drop-off point. The driver/staff made their own decisions and dropped passengers wherever they wanted, without considering the promised drop location or passengers' convenience. To make the situation even worse, they told us to take an auto and claimed they would pay for it. However, when the auto fare was ₹xxx, they offered to pay only ₹xx. This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. Why should passengers suffer and pay extra because of the bus operator's irresponsible service? We paid for a proper travel service, not to be left 10 km away and forced to arrange our own transportation. The delay, inconvenient drop-off, and inadequate compensation show a complete lack of responsibility towards customers. Worst travel experience ever! Highly disappointing service, irresponsible management, and zero customer care. I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this SMY bus. Avoid this service if you value your time, money, and safety.

This was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Passengers pay for a service with the expectation of being dropped at the designated location, not abandoned 10 km away. The delay and irresponsible behavior caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking this bus service. Absolutely the worst travel experience. Very poor service and zero responsibility.
