Very bad experience. If ladies wanted to do a single journey, they could not book a seat. They had set this in the system. My mother wanted to book a sleeper, but it was not booked. She had to travel without fully sitting on the seat. Very bad service

Everything I travel with this, they show the pickup time at 6 and bus arrived at 7 pm. And next day in the morning they'll show the timings of 5 am the bus reached at 7 am. Please change the timings on your platforms.
