Bus skipped my pickup point, returned after 20–30 km, and asked me to board 2 km away. The AC did not work, and doors and roof hatch were kept closed, causing severe suffocation for all passengers who were sweating. Unsafe, especially for heart patients. Please take action.

Bus was delayed 1 h 30 minutes to reach destination. In between, they requested to change another bus in the middle of sleep at midnight.
