It was a very worst travel experience. It was a spare bus but due to long leave taken the bus to the route. The rainwater fully came inside the bus and the berth was full of wet. Staff gave an alternative berth, but even that berth was also wet. So I requested to arrange our seat to an alternative bus. They arranged it, but that bus driver collected the amount of extra XXXX per seat because of its AC, as previously you booked as non AC. Really, it was a very worst travel. We lost our sleep almost 3 and a half hours.

Travel details, bus number not received. Driver's number was switched off until last minute. When I boarded the bus, the driver was sleeping in my seat. When I asked for clarification on why his number was switched off, he harshly told me to check with bus. Very bad experience.

Very worst experience pickup delay 1:45 hr waiting at the Kilabakkam roadside. Drop was late 2 hr delay. Very worst experience.
