Pickup itself was 2.5 hrs late. Reached at 10 am to destination compared to planned time of 7 am. Staff behaviour could have informed the delay as the start point initiation was delayed by 45 mins!

If boarding at Navanagar requires booking only through the agency, despite having a valid online ticket from Dharwad to Bengaluru, that's unfair. Navanagar is on the route, so boarding should be allowed. Forcing bookings through the agency feels like unnecessary pressure. Please accept the online ticket and allow boarding at the scheduled route stop.

The bus reached its dropping point 3 hours late because of the farmers protest. All other things were better.

The worst experience I had. Hundreds of rest stops. And the curtain does not even cover fully. The seat number light hits directly to the eye. Plus the conductor missed two passengers' stops. Very rude too.
