Bus is not clean. Beds are very dirty. Cloths also not good. Very, very bad smell in this bus. Staff behaviour very nice, good staff. But bus not clean, very dirty bus.

Experience! The berth was very dirty, there was no proper maintenance, and the exit gate was left open. The pickup was delayed by 2 hours, and the drop-off was delayed by 3 hours—a total delay of 5 hours. Completely unacceptable.
