My boarding stop was KPHB. They asked me to come to Moosapet Y junction, which took my auto fare Rs XXX. They said they would pay Rs XXX but did not pay. Staff behavior was not good.

Bus is not clean and seat covers are also not good. Seat is also a little uncomfortable.

My boarding point is JNTU Hyderabad but he called me and discussed that it was not possible to pick up at JNTU. He ordered to travel to L.B Nagar and wait for the bus. I travelled 26 kms to pick the bus. Worst experience.

Please don't go with this travels. Staff behaviour too worst and no punctuality and changed pickup location too.
