Bus was delayed 1 hr at pickup point, even they didn't stop the bus at pickup point. Even they didn't call us. Again we took auto and caught bus.

45 mins delayed at pickup point and it was supposed to drop by 7.30 but dropped at 9 am delayed by one and a half hour. Overall two hours and 15 mins delay. Not up to the mark in terms of punctuality.

Staff behaviour is bad during rest stop. They were hurrying up quickly without giving time and also did not come to inform that we were given rest or toilet break.

The driver Bala is very smooth. The resting seat on berth is very soft, cushiony and comfortable. I appreciate driver Bala for being kind enough to stop the bus for washroom break, even if it is not their scheduled break.

I asked the staff member to stop the bus urgently because I needed to use the toilet, but he refused, saying it had only been running for 40 minutes and that he would stop it after another 10 minutes. I went back after 20 minutes and asked him again, but he gave me the same response. I got frustrated and spoke firmly, asking him, Can't you understand what urgent means? Only then did he stop the bus.
