The bus driver did not call before arrival, and I missed the bus because of this. The service was very poor and disappointing. There was no proper communication or support from the operator. Overall, a very bad experience.

Rain water came inside and bags and my parents became wet and when we asked staff, they said what we have to do. Horrible journey, no sleep in sleeper. If I had negative rating, I would have given negative rating.
