There are people seating in the corridor and also the gate between the seats and the cabin was open all night. Everyone is constantly talking, which makes it very difficult to sleep at night. Overall, bus cleanliness and punctuality are good. Also, staff behaviour is good and supportive.

there was no mobile charging option at my seat no curtain as well. people were lying all over the passage. driver was way too rude. parcel kept in bottom of the dikki, and when I asked to take my own parcel, he said you have to pull it off by yourself. there were 6 cartons which I have to move to get my small carry bag, that too by myself.
