Upto Baroda very slow for finding the local passengers, 1.5 hrs late at departure.

Rest stop hygiene is very poor. The restaurant keeps very cheap food material and overall experience was very bad. No toilet available. Staff is also biased, behaving impolitely and sleeping in the corridor.

The bus did not arrive at the stop where it was supposed to stop. It arrived 1 hour 30 minutes late. I had booked a window seat, but another passenger was made to sit there. They gave me a different seat instead. The staff’s behavior was also not good.
