Don’t expect a comfortable journey. No value for the money paid. The bus has a broken suspension.

Since I had only last row available, I booked the last seat. I am very much aware about the last seat where we can't stretch the back seat. But the AC is not at all coming to the last row. I couldn't have a good sleep.

1. Seems driver unaware of the route, resulting in one hour delayed departure. 2. Unprofessional behaviour from staff at boarding points - if they do not want to onboard from the communicated boarding point via call, just say upfront in the call that they will not onboard passengers at such locations. Speaking rudely during onboarding makes me feel like I never want to book from you again. 3. Learn to behave politely with passengers, or else just do not talk. Terrible.

The worst experience is I think the vehicle is not properly maintained. For 1 hour sleeping in your bus, I have travelled many buses but this bus is very bad.

Was made to wait on the wrong side of the road, despite repeated clarification about the location. Then had to cross over through traffic to catch the bus, despite being at the location half hour ahead of departure time. No water was provided The seats were uncomfortable hurting the back so much Bus arrived very late at Chidambaram
