It was a very bad service by the travels. They changed the bus at Betul without prior information. They made us wait on the road for a long time. There was no proper management, and the staff was unhelpful. It was a total waste of money. I was never traveling again.

Bus did not arrive at the pickup point. The bus was four hours late. The bus changed four times from the pickup point to the delivery place.
