Yesterday, it was raining and my phone battery died. The driver mentioned a pickup point near the metro head office, but there was no space to shelter. I got wet in the rain and had no clue if the driver would come or not. The bus scheduled for 11:15 came at 12:15. I was wet and my clothes, which I needed to wear, were also wet. The driver should respond properly, especially in rain. There was no communication. I almost returned, but I saw the bus, confirmed manually, and boarded. Please try to answer calls or send a message, especially in rain, so passengers will wait at the metro and come when the bus arrives, or please stop at the metro itself.
