Lower berth is good and comfortable. Had best travel experience with 1 year old kid.

The staffs are not informing when the bus is stopped for rest stop. They just murmur from the front cabin hoping that rear seat passengers will hear what they say, and the staffs speak very cheap and filthy without basic manners or sense, and no logic as well. Staff called a professional person travelled aside me who was not feeling well, called him a drunkard just only because when I asked him why you are not informing in the way the whole bus passengers can hear, either by the speakers they have which they use for dropping point announcements. He simply gave a title that we are drunkards, and that's why we couldn't hear when he gave information from his driver cabin with low sound. Worst persons with no brain to process logic or to have a conversation with. Worst experience. They didn't even consider female passengers for rest stop, all they stop is when male passengers request the drivers to stop by so that male passengers urinate on the roadside. And they talk very cheap and senseless when we ask about it, lies often about many things. Mannerless people.

No punctuality. Reached Gandhipuram with a one-hour delay, which is not acceptable for me. Due to this, my work was affected.

Laying down and getting out of the sleeper is different. Not comfortable.

Dropping time 4 min late.

The journey was safe and the overall experience was okay. The bus was on time in terms of road and driving, which I appreciate. However, the service and amenities were quite basic. Nothing extraordinary to mention. The bus was delayed by about an hour in Coimbatore while covering multiple pickup points, and we reached Chennai around 30 minutes late.

Clean bus. On time. Rest rooms were bad. You should change the rest room stop.

Your staff handling is good, with safe driving and informing all passengers of dropping points in advance.
