There were two scheduled stops during the journey for food and restroom breaks. However, the bus did not stop at the second designated stop, which caused inconvenience to passengers who needed to use the restroom. Kindly look into this issue and ensure that all scheduled stops are followed properly.

No punctuality. I reached Chennai at 9:00 am. This is terrible. They told me that the bus would reach at 4:30 am. Also, the driver did not stop for a restroom break and spoke rudely. Live tracking was not working.
