I received the seat confirmation and tracking details in advance. However, when I arrived at the bus boarding point on time, the staff informed me that no seat had been reserved for me. After waiting for around 5 minutes, he later told me that they would confirm my seat. This is highly unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress and confusion. If my seat was confirmed, why was I initially told that no seat was reserved? I request you to look into this issue and provide a proper explanation. Customers who book tickets and receive confirmation deserve reliable service and respectful treatment.

Drivers are very supportive and have taken responsibility of passengers at rest stops. Cleaner is very polite. Really felt good in travelling with Shivaji travels.

Staff behaviour was good, driving was good, washroom was near. Only thing is punctuality should be maintained as they started 10 min before at the starting point but ended with 1 hour late. The sleeper seats are too congested for persons more than 5.8 ft. This was the only disappointment except that everything was good.
