Smoke started coming out of bus at midnight and all the passengers were made to stand on the road for more than 30 min for the situation to get in control. Expecting this happened due to no maintenance check before start of the journey. every bus should undergo a maintenance check before every journey as the lives of passengers are at stake.

Not comfortable journey. And beds are too small compared to other buses. Not providing even water bottle. No bedsheets.

Got transferred to another bus to get us to our booked destination. The bus we got had no vacant seats and we had to stand for that part of the journey.

bus driver is not able to wait even for 1 minute such a rude he is. Why owners are recruiting Gundas. He is telling bus is here and there but not stopping at the said location. He goes on moving. No hamunity at all.

Staff threatened us they left 10 mins earlier than scheduled time. Not only with me and this happened almost with everyone. Not only they started and moved the bus.
