I booked a ticket with the travel agency, but they claimed the bus had broken down; instead, they booked me a sleeper seat on another bus and charged an extra ₹100. To make matters worse it was the last seat, it was the worst experience and a complete waste of my money. Also, most buses from Adilabad to Hyderabad were being cancelled after I booked them. This had happened to me four times now.
