The cleaner was very rude and the bus was old. The bus broke down at Proddatur and there was a delay of 2 hours. Very old bus, never book the bus anymore.

There is no live tracking, the bus is not at all hygienic and not reaching the dropping point on time. There is 2 hrs of delay. Worst bus.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Jammalamadugu, but I was dropped off in Proddatur instead. The staff claimed a pickup van would be waiting for me, but there was no vehicle there. Please take action against the person responsible (Phone number: XXXX).

Its my worst experience, they put a very old bus, no seat comfort, the engine sound was terrible I can't even sleep. And that too they didn't drop me at the exact location, they dropped me 20 km away from the location. Initially they told to provide another bus to cover that, in the end they didn't respond. They have not taken any responsibility for passengers. My humble suggestion is never ever choose this travel please.
