No blanket provided. Seats are very uncomfortable. No pillow. Won't recommend to anyone ever.

Driver dropped us in the middle of the road, not at the destination, and also lied about the block and all. While booking the ticket, you never reduce the ticket fee, but why drop passengers in the middle of the road and not at the dropping destination.

Very bad service. Bus no was not received. We had to personally go to the counter and ask about the bus details. Seats were dirty. They didn't even care after requesting many times to clean the seats. Rainwater was leaking from the window joints. Didn't provide blankets. When we asked for them, they simply refused. Rest stop was very overpriced and not welcoming. 0 star.

It rained on the seat all night, and the belongings also got damaged/wet and wasn't even able to sleep and rest properly. This time it was too bad experience for me.
