Bus is good and new. I traveled on all three buses MP19ZN7556, MP19ZN7656, and MP19ZL2672 (Vijay), but there are some points where the operator must improve: (1) Pillow is not provided in Vijay bus, but sometimes they give water bottles. (2) All buses should give water bottles. (3) There is always a delay of 15-30 minutes when leaving Indore. (4) They should wash blankets and bedsheets regularly; especially bedsheets should be changed when they get dirty like with oil stains and other things. (5) They should be more punctual. (6) Also, sometimes there is a bad smell. The driver dada and helping staff in all three are very good. Overall, the bus is good. Sidhi to Indore -> less punctual. Indore to Sidhi -> more punctual.
