I had booked a lower deck seat online, and the bus driver gave me an upper deck and last third seat. This was not fair. When I booked, you must check and say. We had an old lady, how could she climb up the upper deck. So think about it, else I will never book from this service again.

Actually provided seat number M is not a seat; it is the way to approach upper both sides seat. There is a passage. Then why have they called it a seat? Requesting Red Bus to verify physical condition of seat before implementing it in their portal. Both seats are separate from other seats which are normally used to accommodate their staff for short time seating. Very bad experience regarding provided seat. Request to remove both numbers 36 and M from your seat allocation list because these are not actually seats. Also, verify before implementing seat numbers in your online booking system.
