Siddhivinayak Travels Bus Booking

Try to be honest , it was one the worst journey i ever had , service provider  lost my trust , I will never ever travel with service provider in my entire life , I booked a bus Siddhivinayak non AC sleeper from Vadodara to Barwani, which costed me around xxx₹ , but Actual bus I got was Mansi bus , which was shit , literal shit , it was unnecessarily crowded, lots of baggage and boxes were kept in walking space , so dirty, and the departure time was 1:30 am , it dropped me around 6 am bus, I have already booked my return ticket to Vadodara.

Charging point not working.

Vehicle was very bad. The route taken was not the direct route. Time mentioned of arrival here was at 12 am but bus reached at 2 am and this is their daily practice. No place to keep shoes inside the bus. I had to keep it in the say and my white shoes got dirty as people stepped on it.

Worst travelling experience ever. Please think twice before booking this bus. The bus was extremely unhygienic, with an old and bad-smelling atmosphere. The seats were dirty and had clearly not been cleaned properly. Passengers had spilled food on the seats, and the mess was still there during the journey. Neither the charging ports nor the reading lights were working. Overall, the bus was poorly maintained and the cleanliness was extremely disappointing. I did not expect this kind of service after booking. This was honestly one of my worst travelling experiences. Very disappointed and definitely not a comfortable journey.

Bus quality was not good as per the cost of the bus.

They pick the people who not booked the tickets and offer them place below your seat for extra money and this thing make your travel uneasy and unhygienic.

There was a very abnormal sound while braking which caused disturbance in sleep as well as irritation. AC was good. Need to provide water bottles, bedsheet or blankets as others are providing.
