Tv that falls off could have been a storage instead. Seat width is less than other buses. Lights on the seat don't work. Emergency button is useless, no one responds. No water provided. Punctuality is horrible. Reached at 9 am. My drop point was Basveswar Nagar. I was told they would stop at Ambedkar Circle for 20 minutes for tea, so I had to get down. Staff speak politely.

The bus should've left sooner. We were 2 hours late from the actual time and we had to change plans for the rest of the day.

Bus didn't arrive on time. There were stains on bedsheets. Water bottles were not provided until asked. Charging socket did not work. Staff created unnecessary scene for extra ticket for the kid but when called and complained to the owner, the owner response was very good.

I felt sleeper seat length and breadth somewhat small. There should be a place to put our bag near the sleeper seat. One good thing is the bus came on time. Appreciated.
