They stopped at very unhygienic rest stops with no facility for female washrooms. Bus beds were decently clean, five stars for punctuality. Staff was friendly. AC was working fine.

Windshield broken. Worn out tyres. Dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. Open wiring. Broken AC vents. Expired fire extinguisher. Very dirty gangway.

Very bad experience.

Worst Travel Experience Ever! When I booked the ticket, the arrival time was shown as 8:45 AM, and the dropping time was 5:55 AM. However, I received a call around 6:00 PM informing me that I had to come immediately because the bus had already departed from the pickup location. When I reached the bus, it actually started from the location at around 7:30 PM, which caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. The bus was supposed to drop me at 5:55 AM, but I was finally dropped at around 7:00 AM. The worst part was that the staff did not inform passengers when their dropping location arrived. They simply continued driving without properly communicating with the passengers I was eventually dropped at the wrong location which created further inconvenience. On top of that, the live tracking feature was not working, so I had no way to properly track the bus or understand where I was being dropped Overall this was a very disappointing and poorly managed travel experience. The timing information, passenger communication, drop-off service, and live tracking were all extremely unsatisfactory I would expect much better coordination and communication from a professional travel service.

AC condition not good and other noise sound.

Bus booked for 8.45pm got cancelled and received call from operator at 7pm to reach boarding place within 10 minutes.

Driver and staff behaviour is totally bad. AC not working. I told the driver many times to increase the AC power, but he did not listen until the end.
