Bus is okay but the stop was horrible. You literally cannot eat anything there. Would not travel again with them.

The journey was really good and we reached 1 hour ahead of schedule. The driver and the pickup man were very helpful during the journey.

The bus was good. It arrived on scheduled time and dropped me at my destination location one hour before. The only issue was the boarding point. The boarding point mentioned on the app is not updated. I guess due to that I needed to do the round trip to the correct location. Kindly share the precise boarding location. The rest stop hygiene is not good as usual. No expectations from it.

My travel experience was very good. The journey was comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the service was well managed. The vehicle was clean and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for providing such a good travel experience. I would definitely recommend this service to others. One thing should improve: there is no dinner halt; otherwise, everything was good.

The lower bed was a bit too low on the ground level. One foot above the ground level would be ideal, at least for senior citizens. I would appreciate it if you have any buses wherein the lower berth could be a little higher.
