The driver was very understanding and supportive as my friends were traveling from Mapusa, he let them change the boarding point without asking any questions and they boarded the bus from Panjim. The driver also waited for 15 extra minutes for them.

1) Conductor was a bit rude. 2) Washroom is very congested, not comfortable to use. 3) During the entire journey, they stopped only twice. I thought a few people wanted to use the washroom in between. 4) Curtains don't have the speaking strips, so it was kind of open. 5) Vehicle jerks a lot during the entire journey due to bad suspension.

The bus broke down in the middle of nowhere and the driver tried to put us in other buses, which also dropped us after a short distance. The driver and bus staff didn't even provide us pickup for returning. They stopped receiving our calls also.
