It's funny that I'm being asked to rate my journey when I never actually reached the destination I paid for. The bus developed a mechanical fault just a few kilometres into the trip, and we had to return home. No alternative arrangement was provided to help passengers continue their journey. Instead, another bus was arranged only to take us back to Paratwada. I believe more attention should be given to the vehicle's internal condition rather than just its exterior appearance. The bus looked impressive from the outside and even gave the impression of being an AC coach, but reliability is what truly matters. Unfortunately, such vehicle failures before or during the journey seem to have become a common occurrence, which is disappointing for passengers.
