I booked this bus for my journey from Anjangaon Surji to Pune on 5 October. During the journey, the bus faced serious problems. The tyre burst twice and the tyre got punctured once. Due to these repeated tyre issues, we faced a lot of inconvenience and delay. Finally, near Chikhali, another bus was arranged for us at around 6:00 AM the next morning. However, even after changing the bus, we reached Pune only at around 4:00 PM. This was an extremely unpleasant and frustrating travel experience. The bus should have been properly inspected and maintained before starting such a long journey. I request to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action against the operator. I also request compensation for the inconvenience, excessive delay, and poor service.

1. The driving was terrible. 2. The driver was driving the bus over potholes so violently that passengers were being tossed half a foot into the air and slamming back down. 3. For the night meal stop, the bus was taken to a terrible hotel that lacked even basic cleanliness. 4. Tayal Travels operates absolutely third-rate buses. 5. I urge fellow passengers not to travel with Tayal Travels.
