Bus had no live tracking and the communication over phone was very poor. Bus was 45 minutes late for pickup and 3 hours late for drop off. The padding was all torn up and only one blanket was provided for two seats and that too had holes in it. The bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty. The AC was running on hopes and prayers.

The bed was not clean at all and was covered in dust. The backside of the seat where I had to rest my back was torn and in poor condition. The AC outlet was also broken and had simply been covered with tape. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were quite disappointing and could definitely be improved.
