One of the worst rest stops and also live tracking is not available for the bus. Other than everything is fine for this bus.

Very disappointing experience. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 10:10 pm but arrived only at 11:30 pm, causing a delay from the start. The expected arrival time at the destination was 4:30 am, but we did not reach until 7:00 am. Additionally, the AC was not working properly, making the journey uncomfortable. The staff also seemed untrained and were not helpful in handling passenger concerns. Overall, the service was poor and far below expectations. I would not recommend travelling with this service.
