Live tracking was not working, seat was not comfortable, blankets were not provided and bus did not reach on the time, please be improved your side, I will be better.

Thanjavur as per schedule 3.45, we have just crossed meensurutti @ 5.17am. probably will reach Thanjavur by 7am only. Nothing but a bullock cart
