Very pathetic service, he dropped before the dropping point and said cab will take you to the destination. They ran away in front of us and left all passengers in between. Bus started with 3 hr delay but no information provided.

I didn't even board the bus. I had to cancel my trip due to this bus and the driver's misconduct and poor management. There is no live tracking available.

The bus stopped approximately 10 km before the scheduled destination. Instead of dropping us at Kathgodam, the passengers were forcibly made to get off at Haldwani Bypass.
