Worst experience ever, the on-time guarantee was all bad. Was supposed to get down in Nerul at 1:30 PM got down at 6:00 PM. Left Bangalore at 8:00 PM, bus took 22 hours to reach Nerul. It was not a bus, a bullock cart being run on the road. Never ever take this bus ever and never trust this service. I would have rated negative.

Travel was late 2 hours, but overall nice experience. Co-driver had contacted me nicely, which makes this tour a five rating. Otherwise, cleanliness was poor.

I am supposed to get drop by 1.15 and I still need to travel 3 hours more. This is a total waste of time and I am not happy with the service.

The bus was 4 hrs late and it ruined my purpose of travelling in bus which was to reach early or at least on time as per schedule.

Bus has not reached Mulund until 4.30pm when it was promised at 1.40pm.

No customer friendliness. Asked to rush to the stop where the driver found it comfortable for pick up, that too in heavy rain. Delayed in Pune and yet to reach Thane. Delayed by 2 hours and more, counting.
