This is not a luxury bus. It is just a bus with some basic features.

Bus is late at boarding point. Driver and conductor are overloading the bus with people. People sleep in corridors and bus stops 2 to 3 times at night.

02 tickets were booked and was made, and a person called us and informed us that the bus had been canceled, and he asked us if he could make arrangements in another bus, and since it was urgent for us we agreed, and he arranged accordingly keeping the seat number same, and we traveled, so please take note that the fare of the alternative bus was per ticket, and accordingly rupees for two tickets, so please arrange a refund of the excess payment as there was no communication.

The bus owner had changed the bus or collaborated with another bus. The bus that was provided does not have the amenities that were mentioned at the time of booking. Poor terrible experience.
